Your Advocates
Meet your team.
Every person listed here has a defined role in your case. Knowing who does what makes it easier to get answers.
Your DCS Case Manager
Also called: caseworker
Your main point of contact at the Department of Child Safety (DCS).
They manage your case day-to-day — writing your case plan, scheduling visits, and connecting you to services. By law they're supposed to meet with you at least once a month in person.
Strategic Insight
Your caseworker's number should always be in your phone. If they don't visit monthly, that's a problem you can raise.
